Commissioned art is for personal and limited commercial use only unless otherwise stated. Limitations are as follows:

  • You may use your commissioned art for profile pictures, stream assets, Discord/Twitch emotes, V-Tuber Avatars, meme images/gifs etc.

  • You may use this art as an asset on monetised online services (e.g. Live streaming, blogging, videos) provided that your average monthly income from utilising the art is less than $1500 over a period of the most recent 6 months.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or use this art for merchandise.

  • You may not claim this artwork as your own.

  • You may not use this artwork for the purposes of AI-training or NFTs.

  • If you wish to use this art for commercial or merchandising purposes you must consult me first and pay a licensing fee of 100% the original commission price.

  • You agree to allow me, the artist, to use the commissioned art for portfolio and promotional purposes and stream or share work-in-progress publically unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • This commission is non-refundable unless I am unable to deliver the requested product.

  • You are entitled to one major revision during the first draft, and a palette edit at the flat colouring stage. Once these are approved, any additional edits will incur a fee.
